The Strength & Beauty Challenge is a 4 week program that is designed to kick start your fitness and help you acheieve your goals! The challenge focuses on nutrition and workouts on your own with a 1x/week group check-in meeting to hold you accountable throughout the process. This program is open to ALL women and scaled to ALL levels of fitness. Program includes: S&B Guidebook, 1x/week check-in meeting and workout, 16 workouts to complete on your own (4 per week for 4 weeks), 28 day menu guide, 28 day AdvoCare supplement recommendations (optional), goal setting, before and after photos, body compositions, and fitness evaluations, 28 daily mission emails, accountability to food log, workouts and much more!
