Chris arrived at 5 Fitness with an impressive resume of training, sports specific conditioning, and rehab experience beginning at the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. Chris excels at leading people to health, long-term lifestyle change, and creating consistency. Chris specializes in golf swing analysis, and throwing mechanics within lacrosse, baseball, football, and racquet sports. Chris has coached both baseball, and lacrosse at the highschool level for the past 5 years.
