David has been changing poor nutrition and exercise habits for nearly a decade in the Austin area. His certifications include NASM and Crossfit Level 1. Although many of his clients attain dramatic body transformations in the process, sustaining fit levels of body fat for the long term is David’s main focus. Through a 100 day game, which he calls Fitness Rehab, his clients learn what is REALLY blocking them from having the fitness level they desire. He tells anyone who asks that achieving and then maintaining fit levels of body fat is 80% nutrition and 20% working out. (Consider that it takes about 1 hour to burn 500 calories and it then less than 5 minutes to eat it). David is firm in his coaching style but empathetic and maximally supportive of clients who face any number of challenges in a day. You will get fit together as a team.
