Out of a honorable career in the military, Kirk incorporates science into his training, not just pumping iron. He takes a holistic approach to fitness by incorporating cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, resistance training and flexibility. His goal is to embody a philosophy that focuses on strength, power, endurance, explosiveness, agility and functional training. Kirk uses intervals of weight lifting, body weight exercises, specialized kettlebell moves, plyometrics and high-intensity interval training to increase metabolism and get clients results.
